«في لحظة تكريم مؤثرة» أمير الباحة يمنح وحدة العمل التطوعي بإدارة الموارد البشرية درع التميز
كرّم أمير الباحة الأمير الدكتور حسام بن سعود بن عبدالعزيز، بديوان الإمارة، أمس (الأربعاء)، وحدة العمل التطوعي بإدارة الموارد البشرية بالإمارة، بمناسبة حصولها على جائزة التميز في مسارات العمل التطوعي لعام 2025م، المقدّمة من وزارة الداخلية، وذلك خلال ملتقى اليوم السعودي والعالمي للتطوع الذي أُقيم في منطقة جازان.
إنجازات العمل التطوعي
أكّد أمير منطقة الباحة أن ما تحقق من إنجاز يعكس ما يحظى به العمل التطوعي من اهتمام ودعم، ويجسّد نجاح منهجية العمل المؤسسي، مشدداً على أهمية مواصلة تطوير المبادرات التطوعية النوعية، وتحفيز الطاقات الوطنية، وتوسيع نطاق المشاركة المجتمعية، بما يسهم في خدمة المجتمع وتعزيز قيم العطاء والمسؤولية الاجتماعية.
دور وحدة العمل التطوعي
نوّه الأمير حسام بن سعود بالدور الذي تقوم به وحدة العمل التطوعي بإدارة الموارد البشرية بالإمارة، في تنظيم العمل التطوعي ورفع جودة مخرجاته، مؤكداً أن هذا التميّز يُعد حافزاً لمواصلة الإنجاز، ومواكبة مستهدفات التنمية، وتعزيز حضور الإمارة في المبادرات الوطنية.
تكريم الوحدة
يأتي هذا التكريم تقديراً لما حققته وحدة العمل التطوعي من تميّز في تنظيم وتفعيل المسارات التطوعية، ورفع كفاءة الأداء، وتعزيز مشاركة المتطوعين، بما أسهم في تحقيق أثر مجتمعي ملموس، وترسيخ مفاهيم العمل التطوعي المؤسسي داخل الإمارة.
The Emir of Al-Baha, Prince Dr. Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, honored the Volunteer Work Unit of the Human Resources Department at the Emirate, yesterday (Wednesday), at the Emirate’s Diwan, on the occasion of its receipt of the Excellence Award in Volunteer Work Paths for the year 2025, presented by the Ministry of Interior, during the Saudi and Global Volunteer Forum held in the Jazan region.
Importance of Volunteer Work
The Emir of Al-Baha emphasized that the achievements reflect the attention and support given to volunteer work, and embody the success of institutional work methodologies, he stressed the importance of continuing to develop qualitative volunteer initiatives, motivating national energies, and expanding the scope of community participation, which contributes to serving the community and enhancing the values of giving and social responsibility.
Excellence in Organization
Prince Hussam bin Saud highlighted the role played by the Volunteer Work Unit of the Human Resources Department at the Emirate in organizing volunteer work and improving the quality of its outputs, affirming that this excellence serves as an incentive to continue achieving results, keeping pace with development targets, and enhancing the Emirate’s presence in national initiatives.
Recognition of Achievements
This honor comes in recognition of the Volunteer Work Unit’s excellence in organizing and activating volunteer paths, improving performance efficiency, and enhancing volunteer participation, which contributed to achieving a tangible community impact and establishing the concepts of institutional volunteer work within the Emirate.
